The kit

Hobby Boss Mi-8MT/Mi-17 Hip-H 1/72. Built as a Grupo Antiterrorismo bird from Mexico. Solid kit overall with good surface detail and nice clear parts for the scale. Fit is mostly trouble-free, though alignment around the rotors takes a little patience. Interior is on the basic side, but once it’s closed up it still looks the part. Big, imposing helicopter in 1/72 and a great choice if you want something a little different from the usual Soviet schemes.
